Coppock on Tennessee Adoption Law, 8th Edition and the Adoption Library forms, excluding the clearly labeled state forms, and all checklists, and charts, were created by me, Dawn Coppock, d/b/a Good Law. The documents are my intellectual property and protected by copyright. I created these materials to help to lawyer purchasers in their important legal work. I want purchasers to use the materials but ask that they not give away my materials to others.
As a condition of purchase and of receiving the Adoption Library, the purchaser agrees not to share these materials beyond the purchaser’s own personal use and use in their own law practice. Infringement of copyright may create liability and other consequences.
While download restrictions and tracking are in place, ultimately, I rely on your integrity to protect my work. Thank you for this professional courtesy.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Seminars:
Cancellations received by Good Law no later than 7 days before the first day of the seminar will receive a full refund of the price paid. Cancellations within 6 days of the seminar, but before the first day of the seminar, will be offered the choice of a 50% refund or 80% credit for a future seminar, to be used within one year. If materials have already been distributed to the registrant before cancellation, any refund or credit will be reduced by the value of materials already distributed. The value of materials will be determined by the presenter.
If registration is not canceled by the day before the seminar begins and the registrant does not attend the seminar, no refund or credit is available.
If a seminar is canceled by Good Law, for reasons such as weather or illness of the presenter, the seminar will be promptly rescheduled. The registrant may attend the rescheduled seminar, receive a full credit with Good Law to be used within one year, or receive a refund of the seminar fee.
Book Orders:
Coppock on Tennessee Adoption Law is a two-part product, a bound paper book, and an electronic Adoption Library of forms and resources. Both parts have significant value and may arrive separately. Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before either part of the product has been shipped or otherwise has been distributed to the customer.
After the book has been shipped or access to the electronic Adoption Library has been transmitted, orders may not be canceled and materials may not be returned.
